Positive: The place is new so it looks clean when u enter space can be small. The view from the balcony is good There is a link bridge to skyward good thing for those who don't mind walking up and down The front desk is friendly.
Negative: Firstly this is a badly run place. There is no housekeeping concept and they are understaffed. You have to clean you own space. The link bridge walkway is a good 1.2km walk a headache if you have a child. No comminaction about a free shuttle service till the last day. The breakfast package happens in a hotel on the ground floor and the only option is Malaysian food. Will be very difficult you are not used to that kind of food. We opted out after 2 days insipite paying for it. The building complex has no facilities and everything is still in construction phase. Even the mall next to it is not opened. Service is very slow. Everything needs to be reminded atleast couple of times... This basically is run as a airbnb.
Summary: Airbnb style Diy type of stay. Not yet there.

Positive: Cozy accommodation for groups of friends or family. Very new unit and good view. Waking distance to Genting theme park.
Negative: Some facilities are under maintenance, reception informed everything is good and just to inform them when we want to use it. Eventually we been informed that the karaoke is under maintenance for 1 week already when we want to book the karaoke. Hotel Information stated heated pool but it's not, very cold water and there are many sands& small stone in the pool😅, no doubt the pool view is nice. In room shower water pressure is low.
